USU IT Modular Certification Proposal
I proposed in 2023 that USU redo the way that the pay of the computer lab employees be recalculated in a way that rewards employees for being more knowledgeable about lab software and equipment. This proposal was accepted and implemented, resulting in more equitable pay for all lab employees (and, in most cases, a raise!)
